The office offers manual adjusting techniques of the spine and extremities, as well as many soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation options to get you back on track. Dr. Amy has also completed the necessary coursework to offer acupuncture services in the office as well. Dr. Amy is in network with BCBS, Medica, Sanford Health Insurance and United Health Care. She is a non-participating provider with Medicare or Medicaid.

Graston Technique®
What is the Graston Technique®?
A. The Graston Technique® incorporates an evidence-based
form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that
enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue
and restrictions that affect normal function.
Why is scar tissue a problem?
A. Scar tissue limits range of motion, and in many instances
causes pain, which prevents the patient from functioning as he
or she did before the injury.
